Hey, sometimes there are boo boos. We try to make sure all items are free from manufacturing defects but sometimes one or two may slip through the cracks.
When an oopsie happens, you can return the item to us for an exchange with the following conditions
- Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Shipping charges to send back the faulty item will be borne by the customer
- Warranty runs for 14 days from the original purchase date
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e.ph)
